We're looking for people who understand how online learning works. Not just theory — people who've made courses, edited videos, or figured out how to keep students engaged past the first 8 minutes.

Right now we need 4 people. Two for content production, one for platform development, one for client support.
Video Production Specialist
Someone who can turn rough footage into polished lessons. We work with 16 creators monthly — each needs editing, pacing adjustments, and captions that sync perfectly.
Editing
Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve
Audio
Noise reduction, balance
Graphics
Lower thirds, transitions
Timeline
3-6 videos weekly
Course Designer
You'll structure curriculum for 11 different subjects. Each course needs logical progression, clear milestones, and assessments that measure actual understanding.
Platform Developer
Backend work on our learning management system. Node.js, PostgreSQL, video hosting integration. We handle 1,200 active students right now.
Client Success Lead
You'll work directly with educators who use our platform. Onboarding, troubleshooting, feature requests. Expect 30-40 conversations weekly.

Remote first
We've been remote since 2020. Team members are in 7 countries. Meetings happen twice weekly, everything else is async.
Equipment budget
$1,800 for your setup. Most people get a better monitor, noise-canceling headphones, or a standing desk. Your choice.
Learning budget
$600 yearly for courses, books, conferences. We're building education tools — you should keep learning too.
Flexible hours
Core hours are 10am-2pm Calgary time for team overlap. Outside that, work when you're most productive.
Health coverage
We cover 85% of premiums. Dental, vision, mental health included. Coverage starts after your first 60 days.
Real feedback
Monthly one-on-ones focused on what's working and what isn't. No performance review surprises at the end of the year.
